Our Approach

Careful sourcing and clear representation at every stage.

Our operating approach is designed to support legitimate sourcing, accurate product information, and constructive relationships with suppliers and customers.

01 / SOURCING

Know where products come from

We prefer established wholesale channels and documentation that supports product authenticity and traceability. We are clear with suppliers that we currently sell on Amazon.

02 / EVALUATION

Assess product and marketplace fit

Before pursuing a line, we consider customer demand, marketplace conditions, available product information, supplier requirements, and the practical economics of the opportunity.

03 / PRESENTATION

Represent products accurately

We aim to use accurate titles, images, specifications, and condition information. When brand-approved content or guidance is available, we welcome it.

04 / STEWARDSHIP

Address issues responsibly

If a listing, product, or customer issue arises, our goal is to communicate promptly, understand the facts, and take proportionate action.

Supplier policies

We expect account terms to matter.

Manufacturers, brands, and distributors may have requirements concerning approved marketplaces, pricing, product content, geographic markets, or account status. We believe those requirements should be understood before an account is established.

When evaluating a partnership, we welcome a direct discussion of the policies that apply and the information each side needs. If a program is not a fit, it is better to identify that early and professionally.

Looking ahead

Growth built on repeatable practices.

Sercer Supply’s objective is to grow at a pace that allows us to maintain organized purchasing, accurate representation, and responsive communication. We are not promising a particular volume before we have the history to support it.

For the right product and supplier relationship, we are interested in learning, demonstrating reliability, and expanding responsibly over time.
